Cancellation Policy

Salon by Design No Show and Cancellation Policy At Salon by Design, we strive to provide excellent service to every client. In order to respect the time of both our staff and our valued clients, we have implemented the following No Show and Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellations: We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. 2. No Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a No Show. No Show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost. 3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service time to accommodate the remaining clients. You will still be charged for the full service. 4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 5. Payment: All charges resulting from late cancellations or no shows must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
